I'm in my mid-20s and have a typical presbyopic face without fat cheeks. I have pretty features, but I've been teased a lot for having a square face shape, but in fact, rather than being square, my lower jaw is shorter, which makes me look broad. So, I was thinking about getting fillers, but then I thought about just having a square face and lower jaw surgery.
I prefer cute faces rather than pretty and flashy ones , like Park Bo- young.. I have some square cheekbones, so I wanted to shave them off, and they said that if I shave them off, I would have to get liposuction so that they don't sag. 2 I wonder if it would be ok to put fat in the side cheeks and front cheeks, but then they say they will be saggy and I am wondering if I can get rid of them with just simple lifting , or if I should shave and lift them.. and try fat grafting first.
