I didn't do anything else and just reduced the nostrils through an external incision, so there was almost no swelling immediately after the surgery, but the nostrils were flat... Originally, my nostrils were small, so they said they couldn't reduce them much, but only a little.
 The left one was fine, but the right nostril was slightly angled into a diamond shape, and when viewed from the front, only the right nostril was triangle-shaped. It's been like this since right after the surgery, and even after a few days, it's still the same. What should I do?
