I think that after contouring, the pulling is actually worse for the swelling. I think the pulling is good for 2 days after the surgery... The reason for the pulling is to fix the line after the surgery, and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the swelling... But the line is fixed when the swelling goes down, so it doesn't seem to have much meaning.
