4 years ago, I had a non-incision nostril reduction by inserting a thread into the nostril in a shape of 8. The thread may have come loose, but the nostril came back and they said they would provide after-sales service at the same place, but I was too busy at the time, so I couldn't go. Three years have passed. Now, it seems that after-sales service won't work, so I made an incision at a new hospital. I was planning to have surgery, but when I inquired, they said it would be a reoperation if threads were inserted, but the cost was twice as much.... ㅠ Should I just have it done without mentioning that threads were inserted during the visit? If it turns out that you need surgery, even if you have to pay extra at that time..! How can those who know plastic surgery know if there is a thread during surgery??
