 First of all, I wonder how many pounds I gained by doing it all!?
 How many pounds did you weigh when you first started!?
 I was 160cm tall, but my weight was close to 90kg.

 And he is very good at abdominal work. I really want to have 11-figure abs! I proceeded with that goal haha ​​and I ended up with an abdomen I was completely satisfied with!!
 And I lost another 10 kg!!!!
 After abdominal training, the teacher said I needed some exercise, so I signed up for a gym and exercised on the treadmill for about an hour 2-3 times a week!
 So, I succeeded in losing up to 60 kg~
 
And then when I looked at my back, I was very concerned about my love handles, so I immediately ran back to my benefactor, consulted her, and got infinite love handles lol.
 
After everything was done, the size I normally wore was 2XL, but my size changed to M. I threw it away~
 So the way people are treated has changed drastically, right?
 A friend I haven't seen in a while doesn't even recognize me when I see him right in front of me. Is this right?
 My obsession with eating has completely disappeared, so my food expenses have decreased a lot.
 My goal is to lose 55 kg, but I need to diet a little more, but I can't because I'm busy with work, so I'm managing it with diet!!
