About a month after my nose surgery, a stitch came out on the columella side, so I went to have it removed.
 Now, about 4 months have passed, and a black stitch came out on the columella side again.
 
When I first went to have it removed, the hospital said that the stitches came out as the swelling went down. Is this true? Did I not remove the stitches that were supposed to be removed?
 
I'm posting this out of curiosity before I go to the hospital to have it removed.
