I've been thinking about nose surgery for a year, and after reading reviews from people around me
 and going to Seongyesa, Gaasa, and 4 different communities,
 I had my first surgery yesterday!!

I finished my nose with silicone + donor ribs + nasal septum, and
 there was almost no bleeding, and other than my eyes being swollen, it seemed to be fine
 .
Let me share some management tips
 : 1. I drank Gongsimchae juice instead of pumpkin juice! I heard this is good for reducing swelling...? It definitely feels like there is less swelling, so I recommend it!

2. The day before nose surgery, remove dead skin cells, sebum management, and wash your hair in advance ^^..... If you don't do even one thing, there is a big difference in discomfort.
 
3. Back cushions and molded pillows are a must! I was anxious because of my habit of sleeping on my side, so I bought a plastic pillow for 100,000 won online, and it definitely helped me change my habit. I went to sleep sitting up, then went to sleep lying down on the pillow, and so on. I woke up less often than my friends!

4. Walking and cold compresses Even though it may not seem like a big deal, you really have to operate 24 hours a day and do as much as possible... I used cold compresses right after surgery yesterday and went for an hour walk in the evening, so compared to others, I had less swelling and bruising on the 2nd day. I ate it haha

 1. Hospitals that take CT scans are the top
 priority. It's not absolutely required, but I heard there are places that don't take CT scans when it's the first time, so I like the place that does it because it seems to be more trustworthy and thorough.
 2. A statement of confidence that side effects won't happen unconditionally. Filter out
 . I actually liked it more trustworthy when the doctors said that side effects like this can happen. But they don't happen at all and they just say things like this... I don't think I was attracted to them.
 3. First time recommendation:
 I don't think it matters if I have surgery in the morning or afternoon. I thought the director said that the difference in tension was quite large, but wouldn't it be the same when we go to work and feel tired and tired at 2 or 3 in the afternoon? Of course, it's not that it's bad, but everyone said the morning was good, so luckily I did it for the first time!!
