I have odd nostrils and one nostril is winged?? When you look at the nostrils from underneath, should you say they are upright? It looked nice, but when I went to get a consultation for nose surgery, I found out that it was due to a microscopic cleft lip. There was no bone under the wing of the nose on the sagging side! I wonder if there are more people like this,
and one hospital said to put an implant in the boneless part, and another hospital said to just raise the nasal wings without even mentioning the cleft lip. I would be grateful if you could tell me what everyone thinks.
