tip of the chin. However, in a face-to-face consultation, I was advised that there was no need for double jaw and that it was better to trim the chin while thinning the lower crown. The
 
distortion of the photo seems to make a huge difference, but the contour of
 the lower crown is still good. The recommended one is the same, but the tip of the chin is completely opposite...
 but I don't know anymore.
