I eat pudding, seaweed soup, protein drinks, steamed eggs, bread, pumpkin porridge, and chicken porridge, but why does the swelling never seem to go down? ㅠㅠ Is it a problem if I fall asleep on the recliner sofa at an angle of 20 to 30 degrees around 1 or 2 at night?
