While talking with the director, he recommended sized implants. I have a 75 rib cage and a 13.5 chest room, so I tend to have wide chest pain and have wide shoulders. I was worried that I would look bloated after breast surgery, but the director recommended 350cc, and said that
 the high protrudes too far in the future and would make me look bloated. You recommended Plus, but what do you think of it?
 Wouldn't it be too big?
