I'm writing this today on the way to get my stitches removed on day 8!
 
On the 6th day, I went to work and worked on duty. (Administrative work)
 
I slept in a recliner until the 7th
 and ate things like tofu, steamed egg, and porridge.
 Yesterday, I actually ordered pizza and cut it into small pieces,
 but I had a big appetite, so I ate three pieces, and my jaw got sore.
 
Craggy has been wearing it for 2 hours since the 6th day. I was worried about swelling during the 2-hour repetition, so
 
I walked about 10,000 steps and did 100 bodyweight squats, so
 there wasn't much swelling. Today, my face is a little more swollen than before the surgery..?
 Mom looked surprised and said that a lot of the swelling has gone down.
 
When I looked in the mirror before the swelling on the first day of surgery, I felt like my face had gotten a lot smaller, but
 now it looks almost the same as before surgery, so I'm a little worried...
 Even if it's not dramatic, the lines should have improved a lot, but I'm worried
 that it's probably due to the remaining swelling.
