This is the 3rd month review, written after the 2nd month review.

The side effects I had during the second month were as follows.

 4. Symptoms that seem to affect the shape of the mouth after deep cheek fat removal. When you say "Oh", you feel a pulling sensation from the muscles under your cheekbones to the muscles around your mouth and your cheeks become puffy.

If I were to tell you about the improvement in the 3rd month compared to the 2nd month, there
 
is almost nothing. Only the pulling feeling when saying "Oh" in number 4 above has disappeared, and all the remaining symptoms above are the same as in the 2nd month or feel worse.

The distance is too far to reach the tongue, so when food gets in, it's difficult to sweep it with the tongue, and the groove may have gotten deeper, so it doesn't come out easily, and my jaw hurts when I chew, and the nerve sensation is abnormal, so the sensation of touching my lips is unpleasant... me, my jaw hurts when I chew. I thought that things like this would improve in two months as the cut jaw adhered. However, as the two months passed, I began to feel pain when I ate boiled eggs to eat normal food. When I bit into the boiled eggs, even though they were bouncy, I felt pain in my lower front teeth. The tooth became sharp and I tried to chew with my mouth closed, and all the teeth around my lower front teeth hurt. At first, I only ate soft food, so I thought I would get used to the sudden introduction of food that required chewing, but as time went by, my lower teeth hurt even more, so I looked in the mirror. When I checked, I noticed that my lower front teeth were shaking. I also felt like my lower gums were being pulled down by gravity... To be clear, I have never received dental treatment due to loose teeth, gum problems, or serious cavities. I am a person who has never had
 
an enemy.. After going to the dentist and explaining the symptoms, I took an I was told that the nerve line was not visible in the middle.
The dentist explained that my jaw was fractured close to the nerve line, so bone resorption would occur in old age and the bone would become weak. At that time, I explained that if my jaw or teeth were impacted, it could easily fracture, and that the tingling part when I touched my lower jaw was visible on the X-ray. He explained that the nerve line appears to be an invisible part in the middle and that's why it stings when touched. Of course, the fracture was made close to the nerve line, and the nerve line is not visible well, but he said that it would be painful if the tooth was impacted while chewing. The
 
loose teeth were caused by cutting the jaw. They said I could get shaken by a big shock and told me to wait and see for now. I
 was shocked after the dental treatment. Although I heard that the results after the surgery were good, the hospital that performed surgery on the jaw nerve asked me about it during the 3rd month consultation. This is because they had never told me before...
 
-During the 3rd month of consultation, I asked the director about the above side effects during follow-up, and as a matter of fact, the jaw was not cut out significantly, so the pain in the lower jaw and other lower teeth that stung when touched was due to the area where the lower teeth were cut. I was told that it will gradually improve as the cortex fills up. (Including the statement that the part where the nerve line in the middle of one jaw is not visible is not a problem because the patient is feeling it and the nerve line was not completely cut out.) However, the director said that the surgery He explained that my face can be treated with a relatively simple surgical method that requires only shaving my chin with long curved square jaw surgery. He also said that the surgery was possible even though my nerve line was low according to the X-ray taken, and that the surgery was successful after the surgery. Because there was a part... I didn't expect that in addition to the nerve side effects, there would be side effects such as not being able to do chewing exercises due to the pain. Every day is painful and I want to turn back time, but it's very difficult. Sometimes, when I search, I see that even 4 years after the contouring surgery, the cortex is still intact. I am even more anxious because there are people who haven't reached their full capacity. Currently, all I can eat is soft bread, porridge or gently mashed meat, and boiled and mushy vegetables. I am not good at chewing and swallowing, and I cannot even eat proper food, so I am having several meals. Even if I eat, I feel hungry and I don't feel like I'm alive. Even when I jump a little, I feel like my lower jaw is getting hit, so I have to control my jumping. The person I used to be who loved exercise and worked out 7 times a week is now a non-existent person.

2. The problem of not being able to close the mouth..
 
In other hospitals, there is a process of scarring and tissue returning after surgery, so we will have to wait and see for a while, but if there is no improvement, I have an overbite and my front jaw was replaced, so there is no support area, so my mouth is closed. I was told that I might need to consider anterior chin advancement surgery and anterior chin muscle placement surgery as my teeth were not touching, my lower teeth were exposed, and the area under my lips was tight and painful.

When I inquired with the director during the 3-month follow-up consultation, he said that it would be resolved over time by cutting the muscle that closes the mouth. For me, it got worse compared to the 2nd month, as when my lower teeth didn't put pressure on my mouth and opened, it seemed like my lower gums were visible. I told him it was the same... The director said it had improved after seeing my mouth closing when I put pressure on it... He also said that I close my mouth while I'm talking... Since my chin wasn't ground down too much, the problem with my lips not touching was my chin. He explained that it was not the cause of the grinding, and that it is not a problem because everyone uses muscle strength when touching the mouth, so it is not a problem... As a
 
side note, during the consultation, if a lot of time has passed and the mouth does not close afterward, it is because of the grinding of the jaw. He said that if you feel that this is the case, you can solve it through jaw advancement surgery. Haha.. Now, I don't know what on earth you are talking about when I told you that my nerves are not intact, my teeth are loose, my lower jaw is tingling when I touch it, and my gums are hurting.. like that. So, if advancement surgery is performed, who will bear the cost? I also had this thought.. There is no mandatory consultation from the director after 6 months after the surgery, but until then, I wonder if there will be gradual improvement as the director said.. He gave some hopeful words based on a similar case of another patient whose mouth closed over time. Fortunately, it is.

In conclusion, after the consultation, I feel confused and tired, and I feel lonely because it is my own problem. I
 have to overcome it with a positive mind, but the reality is that I am consuming liquid food and unreasonable food like an old person at a young age.. My teeth are loose and I have implants. I'm anxious about what I'll do if I do this, I can't close my mouth completely, so it'll continue to put a strain on my gums and teeth, what should I do about it, and I'm depressed because of the uncertainty about the future, not knowing whether my nerves will recover or not. To be honest, my biggest fear now is that my teeth will fall out.
