First of all, what you need to know is that if you insert an implant that is larger than the breast room you have, the incidence of side effects such as capsular contracture, rupture, rippling, and paresthesia increases.
Breast surgeons say that it is safe to insert an implant that is about 1cm smaller than the breast room.

For example, if there is a person who says that I am currently 70A and my breast room is 12 cm,
 
it is safe for someone with a chest room of 12 cm to have an implant of about 11 cm in size. Even if I put it in a little bigger, 11.3cm?

So if I put in that size, can I become a C cup? A tip for those who do it. If you look at the picture posted, there is a CC for each cup.

 Since I'm 70a, let's say my chest volume is 150cc. They say that's the case on average.
Then add the 330cc I mentioned earlier here. Since 150+330=480, you get enough c.

But let’s say I put 300cc in it just to get it to full C.
But since everyone's breasts are different, you might get angry if you're a little short and end up with a vague C instead of a full C, right?
So in cases like this, the doctors just recommend 330cc lol.
 
As the ribcage gets bigger, the difference in cc between cups gets bigger.
If you are 65, there is a high chance of getting a C even if you put in less than 300cc.
