 In summary, I received consultations for osteotomy for correcting the tip of my nose without implants.
 
The hospital I'm most interested in is ㅂㅈ, but
 there aren't many reviews.
 I like the director's pursuit of naturalness, prices, CCTV, and after-sales service, but I feel like there's a lack of reference information about the most important line.
 Moreover, this is an event. Maybe it's because I didn't do it, but there are no reviews in the communities.
 
After thinking about this, I looked back at the list a little more
 and the next thing that caught my eye was ㅊㄷㅊ.
 The consultation was similar to ㅈㅂ, but
 the after-sales service period was short and CCTV viewing was not possible.
 But there were also a lot of reviews about the surgery.
 
Maybe it's because ㅂㄷㄴ is so famous that I can trust it, but
 when taking the line, he suggested lowering the headgear a little lower. Based on the image, it seems like it would be pretty, but I have a long face, so is that okay? Is it okay in terms of facial harmony?
 I felt like I wanted to do it. (But I can't remember if ㅂㅈ or ㅊㄷㅊ are said to lower the columella;;) I remember seeing a review of the product that said it seemed like they only looked at the nose without considering facial harmony, so I was even more biased..
 
Also, I have a very small nasal septum, but ㅂㄷㄴ used a donor rib to extend the columella. I asked him to use it, and I don't remember if he said something about extending the columella, but he said he thought the surgery would only be done with the nasal septum.
