I know that this kind of nose will sag quickly no matter what else you use, so I want to use a silicone rib, but I am concerned about the quality of the donated rib due to inflammation and sagging, and I am worried about the autologous rib because it is warped after major surgery. I don't think other implants will improve the tip of the nose.
