About 5 years ago, I had nose surgery with silicone inserted, and
 I wonder if it is inflamed and contracting.
 The tip of my nose has become shorter, it feels like it's ringing, and
 it suddenly feels scary...
 Do I need to remove the silicone?
 I still want to maintain a certain level of nose height, but
 should I remove it and use ribs?
 Or maybe I want to do it with dermis.
 Cost may be an issue....
