I only had surgery with 2mm nose bridge silicone and an autologous nasal septum, but the place I went to today for consultation said that if that's all they want to solve, they can get dermal filler or ear cartilage removed. They say that we should only solve the step part, but in fact, I am tempted to just solve the step using ear cartilage..!! Is it okay to do reoperation that way?
