 I wanted to use the hardest material so that the tip of my nose wouldn't sag again, but

 rib surgery. It looked like it was lifted a lot in the first week, but when the major swelling went down, the tip of my nose came down.
 I've been taking pictures every day since then, and it doesn't seem to have changed much. It's been about two months since I suffered from self-inflicted tears .
