I have a convex area under my eyes, and the hospitals I've been to currently talk about fat relocation.
 One place is fat relocation + (slight) fat removal, and the other one talks about fat transplantation to the front (upper?) cheek after reporting the progress after fat relocation.
 
Looking at many reviews, people say that I should never do fat removal because it has side effects such as bags under the eyes and dents.
 Is there an example of fat removal without any side effects?
 
The more I research, the more difficult it is to decide whether to have surgery or to choose a hospital.ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
