In the end, the manager came out later and apologized and corrected the cancellation of the surgery. For others, don't pay the reservation deposit first~ I'm worried about discounts and such. I just did it because it was a simple surgery and it was the hospital where I had the surgery a few years ago, but now the staff has all changed and the doctors seem to be recruiting new people~ The doctor wasn't bad. He gave clear, concise advice and seemed confident.
