I don't think I have a lot of asymmetry myself in selfies, but
 the asymmetry of my face on the rear camera is really stressful... In general, the left side of my face is higher than the right + my nose is too crooked (the bridge of my nose is not that high, but I have a serious complex x ) I had decided to have nose surgery, but the doctor also said that it would be impossible to achieve complete asymmetry through nose surgery, and although it has now improved in height about 2 years after the surgery, my nose is still very curved to the left... Is it difficult to achieve asymmetry through surgery?
