I had nose surgery around early April and
 the tip of my nose was completely crooked. When I visited again and asked what happened, I immediately knew where the problem was. They
 said they would correct it for an anesthesia fee of 30, but I couldn't believe it.
 It was nasal septum + autologous cartilage + silicone, but the existing nose bridge silicone height was different. Does it make sense to lower it and collect cartilage once more on top of it?
