Hello, I am a 30-year-old male and
 it has been 2 weeks since my surgery.
Since I originally had a nose, I initially wanted to trim only the hooked nose during rhinitis surgery,
 but they kept recommending that I try to trim the bridge of the nose and the tip of the nose at the same time while getting the nose cut, so I thought about
 grinding the hooked beak without cutting the bone, using about 1mm of silicone, and using ear cartilage to slightly raise the tip of the nose, but it was too much. I regret it.
 Even though there is no other place, after getting my nose done, my whole face looks like a monster and even my cheeks look saggy on the sides. My
 nostrils are too visible from the front, and
 there is no strength under the philtrum, so even when I smile, it looks unnatural..
 During the 2nd week inspection, the teacher I told him that he couldn't remove it all because it had changed so much that it didn't look like my face,
 and I asked him if he could remove it, but
 he said that it would feel even more so because the swelling hadn't gone down and that he would wait a little longer before making a decision, and that
 he wouldn't do an osteotomy or cut.
 
 I'm so stressed because the impression is so different.
 It's been 2 weeks and I don't know if I need surgery to remove it quickly or
 how much it will cost. I searched and heard that it would cost less if I removed it at the hospital where it was done, and they also said I should look into a separate recovery hospital, but I
 already spent a lot of money on the surgery. I'm so worried about this situation.
 I really want to go to the past, knock myself out, and drag myself out.
Rhinitis is really great because I can breathe so easily, but
 since my nose looks like this, I have stopped communicating with people and am stuck at home after work.
  
If anyone has experience, please give me some advice.
It may not be possible to completely restore the cost, but to what extent it is possible.
