First of all, it seems like only the left side was pinched, but I'm not sure if it was pinched like this. It wasn't a straight line, but diagonal to the bridge of the nose? There was shading in one direction.
 The plastic surgeon said that this is not a bad nose and that I was not aware that the shading was originally there. I have
 been looking at my face for 20 years and there is absolutely no way I would not know. Will this come back over time? The cartilage wasn't tied too badly, but it was done along with the nose reduction, so there is still some swelling. It hurts when I touch it, but is there a chance it will come back? It's been over 2 weeks since the surgery.
