The angle is not sharp, but the chin near the corner of the mouth is long and wide, so I am considering a long curve and cortical osteotomy. Do those of you who have contoured, especially those who have done it for a few years, regret it or are you satisfied? Do those of you who have lost a lot of weight regret it? If I have a complex, it would be better to do it. I've been thinking about it for a year. I think it would really help a lot if you just vote!!
