Also, it's been 15 days since the surgery. What do you recommend more, early removal in about 3 weeks or waiting and removing it 6 months later? I think it would be safer to remove it after 6 months... but I'm worried that the cartilage will adhere over the next 6 months, making it more difficult to return to its original shape after removal, and that the blemishes will get worse in the meantime.
