This time, I had surgery to completely remove the ear cartilage and the ear cartilage under local anesthesia. There was no silicone, so only the nasal septum and ear cartilage were removed. It was removed.

It didn't hurt, but I still couldn't let go of the tension, so I clenched my fists and sweated a lot. Also, I'm so grateful to the director and nurse for taking care of me whether I was in pain or not during the surgery.
 
And the surgery time was about 25 minutes. It was over in less than a minute. I was glad it was over quickly haha

After the surgery, they showed me the tissue that was removed, and the nasal septum was much smaller than I thought. It was just a support. .
 Rather, I think they removed a lot of ear cartilage.
 
Because before removal, only the right side of the tip of the nose had some ear cartilage left, so there is no ear cartilage on the left side, but it doesn't bother me, so it looks rather high. It's soft and soft too. . .
 By the way, Director ㄱㅇㅅ said that you have breast tissue on both ends of your nose? I wonder if I'm just surviving ㅠㅠㅠㅠ If I remove a lot, I wonder if my nose will get lower ㅠㅠㅠ They say it's the ear cartilage and the tip of the nose, but I'm worried.
