However, I had a slightly different opinion from other places that sold products, so I tried to get advice from the director again and ask about the back and bottom slits, but the counter staff kept telling me to contact the manager or answering the question myself.
 
Has anyone here tried re-counseling?? I even contacted them again today, and the counter staff's tone of voice was terrible... Anyway, the service is like this...? It's so different from the image I had when I first visited, and it's getting worse as time goes on.
