  and now I am contemplating on which hospital to choose (ㅇㅂㄹ/ㄷㅇ/ㄴㄴ), but
 
my nose bridge looks like the picture before the surgery. I would like to change
 the nasolabial folds on a dog
 from the original curved shape to the straight shape in Photoshop.
 Is that possible?  Also, is there anyone who has had arrow nose surgery?
