Minor swelling that goes away for 6 months or up to 1-2 years at most.
 Some say there is no significant change in shape, others say it becomes a lot thinner, and
 I'm not sure if it's just the swelling that I notice or if it's the swelling that's thin enough for others to notice.
 
I've been at it for a month now and the tip of my nose is dry. It's too big, so some say it's swelling and it goes down more, and some say it doesn't change the shape much, but who's right?;; (If it was swelling, it would be a shame.)
