I heard while going to a plastic surgery consultation that if you stay up all night the day before surgery, the swelling will be much less. I showed them the photos and compared them, and there was definitely a big difference in swelling. This was my first time hearing this and I missed the timing and had no scientific basis at the time. I never asked, is there really such a thing?
Have you heard of this??? Is this a well-founded story?? I'm thinking of trying a nose surgery the day after tomorrow. If you know anything about this, please tell me one by one!
