Most plastic surgeons post on YouTube
 that they don't recommend closed surgery because you can't see it properly, but
 
here,
 they say that they can fix the bone distortion, the bridge of the nose, and even the tip of the nose with
 closed surgery. In fact, I think that being able to do closed surgery is a testament to the doctor's skill.
 
But one thing that worries me is that when I look at the review of the director here,
 the nose is so pointy like a witch's nose that it looks unnatural.
 I'm a man, so I think it would be disgusting if I got that kind of look, but does almost everyone get that kind of look? Please leave a review of the director here!!
