Around the third week after the surgery, I smoked an e-cigarette every other day. I
 
thought it would be okay to smoke e-cigarettes, so I continued to smoke for up to a month, but
 then I heard that
I shouldn't smoke e-cigarettes just like I did with cigarettes. The most important thing in rhinoplasty is to prevent inflammation, but I'm already stressed because I feel like that's been ruined.
 
Will it be okay?

 And why does alcohol cause inflammation? Even if cigarettes have harmful substances,
 
I don't think alcohol goes into my nose at all.
