I have natural double eyelids, but they look like sausages, so

 I asked the doctor and found out that it was similar now, right after the surgery. Is it true that it may be like that in the beginning because the skin is weak and that it will be fine after a month or two? If anyone knows anything about this, please reply... I'm worried... And the swelling will go down further, right?
