I had surgery last week on Saturday (July 15th). I
 grinded my beak and made an osteotomy. I
 put 3mm of silicone in the bridge of my nose and put ear cartilage in the tip of my nose. I
 
went to get a consultation for double surgery and forehead fat grafting, and they said
 my nose bridge was pretty and that
 I would look more stylish if I raised my nose bridge slightly.
 He told me to give it a try. 
I said ok without much thought, and he said he didn't want to be able to touch the tip of my nose where I wanted and wanted to maintain the bridge of my nose, so he
 said he would only raise the eyebrows and not touch the tip of my nose...
 On the day of surgery, when the surgeon said he would put cartilage in the tip of my nose, I should have said that I couldn't do it. But
 I couldn't do it then. I really regret leaving ㅜ ㅜ
 (This hospital has different surgery directors and counselors.. I also found out on the day of the surgery..)
 
A week later (July 22nd) I took off the splint and cried a lot ㅜ The
 bridge of my nose was so high that I looked like an avatar, like a nine-tailed fox, and like a lion. It's the same
 ㅜ ㅜ
 Two days later, on Monday, July 24th,
 I went to the hospital to have it removed and cried for an hour ㅜ ㅜ
 The bridge of my nose is too high
 , the silicone on the tip of my nose is uncomfortable, and
 I want it removed because I'm scared of the foreign body sensation and side effects...
 It's probably on the truth list. Right? ㅜ ㅜ
 
But in the end, I made an osteotomy so I could never get it removed. It was pretty, so
 I was persuaded to get it removed, so I went home.
 After that, time passed and on July 29th (Sat)
 , the swelling had gone down a lot, but
 I took pictures of Yori Jori. I look in the mirror
 , but my eyebrows are still
 too high...
 my nose is blunt compared to my eyebrows,,,
 my nose is too long, my nose is too big...
 I feel stressed because I look like a nose person...
 (but my front appearance has become much more human-like ㅜ)
 
I spend every night with my nose. I only look up cases of plastic surgery and implant removal
 and live with that...
 I also want to get help...
