I'm not sure if it's effective, so I'm complaining, so I'm being told to take it up to 4 times. Can I trust it?

 For reference, if you get a stretch mark tattoo, laser treatment is more difficult because the area is pigmented. If you are planning to get a stretch mark tattoo, please take note.
