 My nose bridge is high, but my nose tip is low, so I got plastic surgery, but if I wanted it to be a little noticeable, he recommended silicone or autologous ribs, and
 if I only wanted the tip of my nose to be raised a little, I would go with non-implanted materials or cartilage
 . The CT scan said that I have a small nose and my nasal septum is smaller than other people, so even though it was my first surgery, I had to use autologous ribs. ㅠ 
 Non-implanted materials cost around 300, and autologous ribs cost around 600.

 explained the basic concepts step by step, and I could tell that his career was no joke as he talked. He was so confident in his surgical methods that I trusted him.
 The director said that he has his own technique and uses the nasal septum to raise his nose, but since he didn't do a CT scan, I told him that I didn't have a septum at another hospital, and that's different for each nose. He said that it's because the area we have is different, and if my nose is small, we can use as much as we want. They say that they decide after looking at it during the surgery, and
 if there isn't any, they proceed by using donated ribs. I think that checking the shape during general anesthesia is a merit.
 Since he is the head director, the price was expensive and he said that there is no discount because it is a fixed price. ㅠ
 
Since the nose is the center of about 600, I decided to do it all at once without a second surgery, but the more I look into it, the more it seems to be expensive, so I'm worried. ㅠ I decided on the list after looking at the review photos,, but since there is no material for the nose and it is a small nose, the common point you mentioned is that you have to give up greed and it is not an easy nose, so I'm worried. ㅜㅜ
