I have poor eyesight, so I usually don't feel sleepy because I relax my eyes, but I've been asked several times whether I'm sleepy. I thought about getting eye correction, but I was anxious after reading about the side effects. I went to an ophthalmologist who does eye plastic surgery to see if I need eye correction. I think getting a test would be much more helpful when receiving counseling, but is there anyone who went to an ophthalmologist before getting a test?
