Only the left part is the bridge of the nose and the bone on the nasolabial fold line is between the eyes and eyebrows? Even the line is uncomfortable. Should I say it's inside the columella?
 Inside the tip of my nose on the left side, the upper part of the columella and sometimes the lower part, although it is not as strong, it is uncomfortable as if it were being pricked. As for the columella, it happens on the left side, but sometimes it happens on the right side. Is it a problem with the nose hairs? I keep thinking about whether it is a psychological problem.
