I didn't do a nose job, but the main reason I didn't want to do it was because of an older sister I knew.

 Since the nose is located in the center of the face, it influences the impression, so unless the nose is unattractive, I think it would be better to be satisfied with just filler. That's just my opinion. Let's break it down
