I have a wide forehead and have had M-shaped bangs for decades since I was young.
 I had forehead reduction + lift surgery at Gangnam Station ㄷㅍㅅ Plastic Surgery Clinic. It's been about 7 or 8 months.
 The reason I came to visit this hospital was because the director was famous and ran a Naver cafe, and I thought he would perform the surgery conscientiously and professionally as he wrote answers for each patient.
 
Originally, I only thought about forehead reduction, but ended up having forehead lift done at the same time. Actually, I hadn't even thought about getting a lift, but I was thinking of doing the incision all at once.
 
There was swelling for about 5 days after surgery. Compared to other surgeries, there is only minor swelling. (They say there is almost no swelling once the reduction is done.)
 I reduced it by 1.5cm. Maybe it's because my forehead is so wide, but even after having it done once, it still feels wide. But it's not like I'm going all white, but if I let my hair down on the sides, it's still reduced enough to look normal.
 
My forehead is also wide, but I wanted to improve the M shape a lot. As a result, the M shape turns into a square. The round hairline I wanted didn't come out. Do you think this problem can be solved with a hair transplant?
 The lifting effect is only a slight addition to the reduction, so it feels like the forehead is slightly pulled, but not much.
 
And the scar area that worries me the most... I applied scar ointment consistently for about 3 months, and now, 7 or 8 months later, it remains like a white line. Like reviews of hospitals or plastic surgery cafes, it doesn't quickly become as if nothing happened. ㅠㅠ
 

To give an overall review, I am not 100% satisfied as I expected, but about 80% satisfied. There is a visible effect from making an incision and cutting, but managing the scar is very cumbersome and the scar cannot disappear completely in a short period of time. The M-shaped improvement is not dramatic either.
 I'm thinking about doing it again after watching the scar progress for about a year.
