I want to get surgery on my eyes and nose that isn't too much, but
 I don't know which hospital has the director personally providing consultations and doing it conscientiously.
 
For now, the places that people around me recommended are
 ㅇㅃㅅㅅ in Bucheon and ㅇㅇㅂ in Incheon,
 and they both said that they've been doing well without any side effects so far. My
 
house is in Incheon, so it doesn't matter if it's in Seoul or Incheon,
 but is there a hospital that is really conscientious, doesn't recommend surgery unless it's necessary, and
 where the director personally provides consultations and performs the surgery?
