A little over a week after the surgery, there is a lot of swelling in the cheeks, lips, and chin, and the swelling that is about to explode has gone down a lot.
 
The swelling management I am currently doing is
 
1. Take Elas A + Pumpkin Juice + Bruna for 5 days and take Elas. Take Eiman for 2 additional days
 2. Use a pocket hand warmer to apply heat
 3. Day 3? Starting from the 4th day, take a walk for more than an hour a day
 4. Drink corn silk tea
 5. I only slept with my body upright for a week.
 
I
 
bought ointment for bruises, applied it 4-5 times a day, and
 applied warm compresses to the bruises.
 The yellow bruises have gone away, but the bruises around my mouth are still there. There's a little bit left.
 
I hope the swelling and bruising go down quickly.
