I had facial contouring surgery (3 types of contouring). I had the first surgery on 1/17 and
 
got sinusitis so I had irrigation 6 times since then. I was under general anesthesia for all of them and
 
when I checked the surgical records, they opened up to the bone and cleaned it each time.
 
 

The first two times, they opened up to the chin and cleaned it and the other times, they only cleaned the cheekbone area.
 
The last time I had it cleaned was on 2/7. It's
 
been about 40 days now. The stitches on the incision area inside the mouth (the incision area for the cheekbone surgery) have all fallen off. They
 
fell off a long time ago but the incision hole is still there. The sinuses are filled with wind so when I pulled with my tongue, wind always came out.
 
The director said the flesh would heal around the 2nd week but wind still comes out.
 
But the hospital opened my mouth to check (it's hard to see with the naked eye because it's deep)
 
and said it had healed and there was no hole. But I still have wind coming out. When I asked where it came from, they said it was healing and told me to come back in a month. I went a month later and they said the same thing. Was the wind still coming out then and now?...
 
 

 

I think it just healed with a hole open ㅠㅠ I've had it
 
closed six times. Do I need to get another surgery?
 
Oh... I was so depressed that I went to an ENT clinic last week to explain the situation and they used a machine to drain the mucus,
 
nasal suction, to drain the air inside my mouth. The ENT doctor saw the air coming out of the large hole in the front. He said the hole was still in the front.. but he couldn't see behind it... But the wind still comes out of the back in my mouth.
 
Is there a way to check this with a camera or something? Where should I go to the hospital to check deep inside my mouth? Should I go
 
to the dentist? I have
 
n't been able to see my friends for two months, I haven't been able to eat properly, and the swelling is really driving me crazy.
