The side cheekbones are slightly cut, pressed, and ground 45 degrees. Will they really come back to their original state? I am considering this surgical method, but there are people who say that their cheekbones will return to their original appearance. If you have a protruding bone in your nose, will it protrude again even if you replace it? Is this the same for cheekbones? It's a major surgery, but there's no point in doing it if it pops out again. Shouldn't such surgeries be done away with??
