As the title suggests, I was living well after having double burial surgery 5 years ago, but last year, after surgery to remove fat through a small incision in my eye, the lines started to disappear rapidly.
 
My eyes are naturally puffy above the eye - the left side is fine after the fat removal. The right side is still chubby (there was no fat at the time of the fat removal, so I wasn't able to remove much.)
 
I went to about 3 consultations and
 decided on a hospital, but I'm worried about the surgical method.
 
<First hospital>
 Recommended incision/
 The doctor at the hospital where I had the fat removed last year couldn't find the fat. Let's make an incision and remove fat, muscle, and sagging skin over the eyes.
 If you're worried about swelling, trust the doctor and make the incision. There will be no significant swelling in 2 to 3 weeks.
 
<Second hospital>
 At first, an incision was recommended, but when the patient was worried about swelling, they told him to do natural adhesion. Recommended/
 Skin excision is not recommended. The eye bones are small but there is a lot of skin, so the area around the eyes is puffy. Since I lost fat, I don’t think there will be much to lose.
 If the skin is removed, the thick skin under the eyebrows will be placed over the eyes, making the eyes look puffy.
 The incision has a 5% chance of loosening, and natural adhesion has a 20% chance.
 
<Third hospital>- Hospital where fat is removed
 Non-incision is also possible, but if you make an incision, it will also remove the scars left over the eyes due to the mess during fat removal. Incision recommendation

 I decided to go to the hospital for the second time, but I’m not sure whether to have natural adhesion or incision. If I make an incision, I will live like a sausage for six months and have a scar. I'm worried that it might be severe,
 but I went to three places and they all recommended incisions first, so I'm wondering if incisions are the answer... The area above my eyes isn't that thin to begin with, so I'm wondering what the answer is.
