I am a 31-year-old male and have a complex due to severe facial asymmetry and mismatched eyes, so I went to about 8 consultations.
 It was around April of last year, and already a year has passed. I haven't been able to have surgery yet, but I'm planning to do it in just 3 of them.
 
These are the contents I wrote while publishing. I'm sorry for speaking informally as I wrote it on a notepad.
 
Apgujeong ㅁㅌX - Recommended incision epicanthoplasty. For the epicanthoplasty, he wanted to make a 45-degree crease so that it wouldn't be too visible. Looking at the before and after photos, he preferred the feeling of a clear impression. He said that the method of copying the double eyelid line of the left eye to the right side, where the double wrinkles are, would look best.
 (As will be explained later, most hospitals suggested copying from the left eye to the right eye.) As of last year, it was in the mid-200s.
 
Gangnam Station ㄷㅇX ㅇㄱX - This was the place where I consulted because I thought I should visit a large plastic surgery clinic at least once.
 The left eye's double eyelid line was lowered at the high end of the line. Because I thought the double eyelids were greasy, I suggested copying it on the right eye to match the left eye, but the counselor said, "Should I give up on the right eye because it has double wrinkles?" and even brought up the topic of fillers. The teacher also said that it would be better if the filler was a little closer to the bridge of his nose. He asked me if I was looking for a job, and after some deliberation, he recommended rhinoplasty. When I asked if non-incision or incision was okay, I think he said that after thinking about it.
 The price was 130 + filler 22. He said it was possible up to 140.
 
Gentleman ㄱㅎX - Consultation fee 5,000 won, seemed famous for his natural eyes. There were so many reservations that I could barely go during the free times.
 The teacher has a very kind style. He looked at my eyes right up to my forehead and told me that buried, non-incision, and incision bridges were all options. I recommended doing both during blind school. When I spoke with the manager, he was very honest. He seemed like a good person, but he said it wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have to do it. I was worried because I was only burying one eye, so I told him that the line would come down a lot when I was tired at night, so he said it would be right to do both. When the teacher drew the lines, it was subtle but gave a clear impression.
 (This is one of the hospitals I went to again for consultation this year.)
 
Gangnam ㅇㅇX - This is also a one-person hospital, and I came here after working at another large hospital. You seem younger than I thought.
 The director said that all of the large hospital models mentioned above were created by Dr. Lee.
 He said that the double wrinkles on the left side did not exist at all and that incision eye correction was needed to prevent them from coming down later.
 My right eye is fine, but to make the asymmetry a little better, I suggested opening only the left eye a little. He said that it wouldn't matter if the interior was installed, but he thought about it a bit. When tightening your double eyelids, you drew the line a lot of times. He said he would check more before surgery. I had a strong feeling that a lot of attention was paid to looking at the lines. It seemed like they only specialized in eyes. Most men were advised to have surgery to lower their double eyelids in a way that was natural and not excessive. Incision eye correction + single eye opening 220 (I had the consultation again this year, and they said they would do both openings, so the price went up a little more. 250~)
 
Apgujeong ㅊ He said he could become weak and become a partner, and he seemed to have years of experience. She said she only performs 3 surgeries per day. For the first time, I talked about the length of my eyes, and he said that my eyes would be severely saggy because they were about 10mm deep, and the pictures he showed me as cases were of before and after surgery of the grandfathers who were in my case.
 They said that in order to fix saggy eyes, an incision must be made and that this is because the position of the muscles must be observed. In general, people who had surgery had natural-looking eyes. (Pictures before and after the surgery showed that there were many cases where the surgery went well, which I thought was true...)
 He said that it would be good to not hold the line for a long time but to raise the middle of the left eye line and make the double eyelids slightly visible at the end of the eye. Although he was proud of it, he said that there was no one in Seoul who was as good at sewing as he was. The consultation fee was a shame because he explained the theoretical part in detail
 . It would have been better if this was the hospital I first looked at...
 

I think I will decide on surgery this year. I will come back soon with a review of the surgery.
