I had septal deviation surgery at an ENT clinic 10 years ago, but the shape became distorted, so I'm looking into reoperation at a plastic surgery clinic.
 (Fortunately, everyone's comments say that the inside of my nose is still functioning well.) I don't know the reason, but there are two layers of Gore-Tex only on the tip of my nose.
 
At first, I consulted at about 4 hospitals, but I thought this wasn't it, so I added them little by little, and I've been to about 20 hospitals.
 Excluding the hospitals that suggested silicone and donated ribs, there are about 10 hospitals. (I wonder why they all say that since it's a reoperation and they want no implants),
 after much thought, I don't want to use costal cartilage, so I'm considering the following 4. I'm actually really worried about whether or not to use costal cartilage.
 
1. B (ㅂㅎㅇ): Osteotomy, both ear cartilages, autologous dermis (thigh) / 750
 2. 431 (ㅂㅅㅇ): Osteotomy, ear cartilage, autologous dermis / 650 / Correction after 4-5 months depending on dermis absorption (300)
 3. ㅇㅁㅇㅍㅁ (ㅎㄱㅅ): Ear cartilage, double autologous dermis / 500
 4. ㄴㅅㄹ (ㄱㅊㅇ): Non-open, ear cartilage (back), stem cell / 700 (function 300) / Second surgery (costal cartilage), likely not to be done because my nose bridge is high (400)
 
At first, I was number 4, but now I'm leaning towards number 1. I'm thinking a lot about getting surgery in my 40s.
 Please give me some good advice...
