I don't think the pain was unbearable, and personally, I feel that the pain from Ulthera was worse and more painful. Ulthera is an electric stimulation that feels like it's scraping the nerves near the facial bones, but Thermage feels like pressing an iron on your face, so I personally don't like Ulthera any more. 's been about a week, but honestly, I don't know if it's really effective. In my case, Ulthera was the treatment that showed the effect right away, but I'm not sure about Thermage yet.
 
The doctor said that it will get better for up to 6 months and then peak and the effect will decline, but since it's expensive, I just hope it's effective.
 
I paid about 230 for 600 shots. I made up my mind and got it. My face is really sagging.
